Great article and well said. I have been telling Democrats for a long time that the old party, as they knew it, was long gone and now being run by socialists, unions, gay groups, abortion-rights groups and NOW.

Blacks must stop repeating worn out irrelevant cliches that are substitutes for critical thinking. They must examine the platform and philosophy for which this new Democrat party stands and after this thorough examination either redirect it – or leave it.

Blacks have been bamboozled by dims and race baiters for so long they have come to accept it as common practice. It's an amazing thing since they actually have received nothing for their loyalty and support.

Now I'm not saying that any other party cares any more about the black than the dims/RATs BUT the principles and policies espoused by conservatives will advance their status (and everyone else's) to a much higher level. In other words, a rising conservative tide raises all peoples.

I remember reading that Cornell West wanted the Black Churches in get involved with Gay and Eco concerns.

Lib Dems need to keep the inner cities miserable in order to promote their agenda. Anyone who rises above such conditions is immediately branded a "sell-out" or "Tom."

The author missed two specific issues where the Democratic Party is explicitly against the desires of Blacks:

1) School Vouchers - more than 50% of blacks are for vouchers to get their kids out of the hopelessly inept inner city public schools. NEA is against it, so the Democrats are against it.

2) Social Security reform - Since black wage earners die much younger than white wage earners, black wage earners get a raw deal from Social Security. Privatizing social security would allow black wage earners to pass on their funds to their heirs. Democrats are against it.

I think the dems should be held liable for reparations. After all, they are the 21st-century slave-owners. On what other level are the Blacks valued, than for their votes?

Marxists have been courting black voters since the 1920s. I was reading this hideous journal called Radical Teacher (you can probably find it in any university library) and issue 59 was almost entirely devoted to the Black/Marxist connection, with book reviews and whatnot... it's freaky, I didn't realize how deep down and far back those connections went.
