The UN convinced Iraq to let them find something. To not let them find anything was stupid since NO ONE believed that Iraq didn't have WMD. But now they have found something, the UN can report "progress" in an attempt to delay the attack. They will now "find" tiny caches every week or ten days or so to keep up the illision that they are doing their job.
