Keep up the good fight!! As a college professor/administrator, I have been battling university liberals for years (much to their chagrin I might add!!).
I recommend that you join your campus' Republican club -- great way to both meet fellow conservatives and contribute to the overall well-being of the party (particularly at election time!!).
I also recommend that you visit David Horowitz's website frequently -- he has made it his life's mission to challenge the liberal stranglehold on academia!!
