I'd like to see one of these guys try to stop firefighters from removing them from their own burning homes...they would basically have to murder the firefighters to prevent the firefighters from dragging their asses kicking and screaming so the firefighters can do their job...In theory, I suppose they could tell the firefighters beforehand that they want their house to burn to the ground, but they'd better not try to get their homeowner's insurance to pay out on it.

Palpatine is a liber-in-conservative clothing sent here to disrupt things.Hey, I didn't realize I was sent to disrupt. I should be getting paid if I was sent. Were either of you sent? Fess up.

And BTW, I'm sure there is a law allowing rescue workers and law enforcement the right to remove you from your own home under certain conditions. Nope, and even if there was a LAW stating so, it would be Unconstitutional. (See Bill of Rights)
You know the orders to evacuate because of Hurricanes, etc? They can't enforce them. They just lie to you, to try to convince you that you have to leave.
But they can't make you. Nor should they ever be allowed to.

You were already here. You would have been on the official "statist Bushbot list" if you hadn't.Whew, that's a relief.
Will "statist Bushbot list" fit on the front of a t-shirt or is it just too wordy? I'm thinking just a trendy graphic "SBL" or "SBBL" would do it cuz if we had t-shirts, we'd be able to ID each other in a crowd of Pagan libertarians, spitters, quitters, blue guys & the like.

"1631 - First fire prevention ordinance banned thatched roofs and wooden chimneys."
Without thatched roofs and wooden chimneys, I'll never truly be free.

Arford, a 59-year-old budget analyst at Fort Monmouth, then grabbed an unloaded M-1 rifle that was leaning against his bookshelf and attempted to point it at the chief, McGovern said. That's assault.

I like it - T shirts with "SBBL" on em will help us pick each other out of crowds, and will save us the trouble of having to spot blue, or for those who aren't into colloidal silver, the agony of talking to them.

Damn. I knew it. I want a raise.
To: Chancellor Palpatine
You think I would admit it if I was sent by the FBI/CIA/NSA/Masonic/Trilateral Commission/JBT society to monitor specific threads about guns to use my special hi-tech equipment to breath down the necks and trace the home addresses of the people who piss me off, so I can cart them off to the Gulags in the Statist/Police/Nazi States of America?
Are you asking me "on the record"? I can neither confirm nor deny, etc.

When is the next NWO/CFR/Globalist meeting? Next Tuesday? That Denny's in Spokane where we met last?
Are they going to do something about the benefit package for us activists, or are we stuck with that same lousy HMO?
And are our bonus checks ready?

You'll get a raise when the FBI/CIA/NSA/Masonic/Trilateral Commission/JBT society says you get a raise.
Understood?

Because this wasn't an "FBI raiding party" actually makes this a very interesting philosophical test case for the natural competition between the rights of the individual and the delegated powers of our social servants. I think the crux of this case would be that if he called them and let them onto his property, then he relinquished control. Having recognized that too late, trying to regain that control through threat of force was wrong. I don't doubt the firemen's motives, but if fear of litigation was one of them, that's a sad comment on our adolescent society.
The thing that bothers me about this story is the hysteria that always accompanies firearms coverage in the news. I doubt the threat of the gunowner is as reported. I doubt the competence (or motives) of any fire official who claims uncontained fixed ammunition is a fire safety hazard because it will explode and send forth projectiles in a fire. The NRA's American Rifleman had an expose' on this myth years ago, and it is common knowledge that loose ammo is not a risk in a fire. The loaded guns were the projectile risk in a fire.
If this same event (many guns, reluctant or defiant property owner) had happened in a gun store do you suppose it would have gotten the same style of press coverage? How about if it happened at a National Guard armory and the grunt on duty attempted to stay at his post? In the general case of local resident controlling authority reacting to the perception of usurpation by an outside agent, do we always side with the benevolent dog catcher/fireman/officer friendly? Is it possible there might be a case where some official arrogance and overstepping of authority justifies some sort of response?

We need a better union. Our bennie package sucks.
To: Chancellor Palpatine
Oh, no, you've done it now...You have to take the pill that was assigned to you if we were ever discovered--TRAITOR!
To: Iron Eagle
After reading the article and all the posts I'm inclined to believe that this guy is a nut, but it wouldn't be the firt time a liberal reporter has distorted the truth to push an agenda. The article shows some pretty flimsy evidence.

When is the next NWO/CFR/Globalist meeting? Next Tuesday? That Denny's in Spokane where we met last?I'm afraid they're onto us in Spokane. I think we should go to the belly of the beast--yes, that's right! Grants Pass, Oregon.
Are they going to do something about the benefit package for us activists, or are we stuck with that same lousy HMO?
I think a switch to a cafeteria plan is order. We should bring it up to Control at the next meeting.
And are our bonus checks ready?
You haven't gotten yours yet? Ooopsie......

What do I think? They should have backed off, posted a fireguard so it couldn't spread, and then let it burn.
To: wimpycat; Catspaw
It was an accident! That was supposed to be a private post!
There really isn't a meeting of the NWO/CFR/Globalists scheduled at 7:30 at the south end Denny's in Spokane next Tuesday. Neither David Rockefeller, Henry Kissinger, the Governors of the Federal Reserve Board, the Director of FEMA, nor Janet Reno plan to be there to discuss the subjugation of gun owning patriots with a true understanding of the Constitution as the Framers had, nor will they talk about how effective those patriots are with their separate common law courts, common law liens and sui juris legal theory.
