Iraqis Caught Moving Weapons Materials
Lehrer News Hour ^ | 2 December 2002 | John Burns

Posted on 12/02/2002 4:20:37 PM PST by mrustow

According to John Burns of the New York Times, now reporting on the Lehrer News Hour, weapons inspectors have determined that weapons equipment had been moved from a site without any accounting, and amid Iraqi denials of having moved anything. The equipment was known to UN inspectors, because it had been recorded during earlier, mid-to-late 1990s inspections. The Iraqis were obliged to notify inspectors every six months of any changes in the placement of the equipment. Burns says that the exact equipment has not been released.

Man, this has to be fairly bad if the NY Slimes is reporting this unless they are still trying lie and make cover for their favorite Uncle, Uncle Saddam.

My sentiments exactly. However, the Timesman kept hedging his bets, and emphasizing how we all hope this can all be explained.

The good intel side of this is we know know where this stuff has been moved to, and who were the Welcome Wagon hosts.

It appears that we don't know where this stuff has been moved to.

"Cameras, too? Hmmm"

Can you say "Target the JDAMS on the camera homing signal?"

Can you say "material breach?"

Four days, 20 hours, about thirty minutes... and counting.

The definition keeps getting vaguer.

Sorry, but I have to agree. I blame "the juice". It's a conspiracy you know...

FOX just repoerted monitoring cameras and some other equipment that had been tagged. This was found at a site that was used during the Gulf War to extend the range of Iraq's missiles. Supposedly the team has not officially reported this to the Security Council yet.

Lets wait until the Monday Night NFL game is over.

Then, John Madden can highlight our bombing activities with his x's and o's with some very loud pows and bams!

That way the bombing will not interfere with our Christmas Shopping. If we start on Monday, by Wednesday or Thursday, either we or some Iraqi will have killed Saddam to free up the next weekend for our shoppers.

This time our air arm and the UK's besides destroying Saddam's weapons will be trying to target him, his command staff and other top Iraqi thugs during the heaviest 72 of aerial bombing in the history of aerial bombing.

In 24 hours half of his military will be wanting to end it with the shot of the century by spilling Uncle Saddam's brains all over one of his expensive Arabian Carpets. When we or some Iraqi whacks Saddam, GW can give an early Christmas present to the poor people of Iraq by allowing them to be free from Saddam and his murdering thugs.

Then, he can warn the murdering mullahs of Iran and Islamofascists of Syria that they are next on his menu. That they have until 2 January to leave their countries or join Uncle Saddam and Benny Larden.

The NY Slimes is getting ready, like all the other mediawhores, for the killing in the ratings they're going to get when the bombs start falling.

Fox says some cameras are missing, too. Iraq's excuse: the U.S. bombed them.

It could be a mistake. Not that it's any excuse and GWBush should do what he wants about this. Iraq is a discombobulated Muslim nation that sits on a lot of oil. What else is new?

Claiming that we bombed the cameras is more creative than the dogs ate them. Of course there aren't many dogs on four legs in Iraq!

I'll invite some pals and put on a pot of jambalaya for that.
Every time.

I don't have anything against them if they really report what happens.

However, they will lie about what happens and make our military look like the bad guys and have sob stories of milk factories and nursing mothers killed while nursing their babies during our bombing attacks.

The hardest part will be getting those inspectors to leave so we can start bombing.

Can you imagine those people if Uncle Saddam and his top 5000 evil doers get whacked, and they finally get to taste freedom with the thugs. They will think that they have died and gone to Islam heaven on earth.

I love jambalaya and have been known to make a mean pot of it.
