We had a local protest a while ago that involved marching onto the Freeway at rush hour in order to maximize the negative impact on thousands of commuters. Maybe there needs to be a law that says that after sufficient warning is given to anyone who is deliberately blocking the freeway and refuses to move, they are to be legally considered "fair game" for motorists. One such legally-permitted injury would put and end to that stunt.
