Amnisty International isn't worried about Iraq's human rights violations because it is part of Iraq's "culture". This is the same reason it isn't worried about the same activities in Africa, Red China, and the former USSR. Of more concern to them is the fact that the USA allows the death penalty. Perhaps if we agreed to only torture criminals to death? Oh, wait. It's only political prisoners you can torture. Sorry; I forgot.

Probably true, but so what? It's propaganda time, and using the truth to manipulate people is about as objectionable as using lies.
