I think President Bush is aware that the step-up in terror attacks and al Qaeda messages is a desperate move to force our military to operate on so many fronts that we'll ultimately lose the war on terror. We have to be careful not to overstretch our military and intelligence resources all at once by going after every single terrorist-harboring nation all at once.
