As you know, I am away from the kids this year...the first time in their lives! We are 2,500 miles away taking care of my mom and uncle. I thought of making the traditional Thanksgiving dinner but then decided that it is a good time to just break all tradition and try some new recipes! Of course, this revelation came to me while I was lurking on the FF thread with Carlo3b in the spotlight!
CARLO! Your turkey recipe was the greatest! I also made the stuffing and the yams and apples! It was all excellent! But I am going to be raving about the orange/maple turkey marinate forever! Thank you so much for sharing it, and thanks for the inspiration!
