Neil your postings on Monday cought the attention of several Red Bluff, Cottonwood, Mineral, Corning people, word spread about FR posting on the shooting and altho they are not members here they could keep track of what was going on, and in most cases there was more news on FR than their local media. The Sacramento Bee story *here* has now been updated to include a photo of suspect Andrew McCrae during his arraignment in court today. It's a capture from a videoscreen and not very good, but of interest.

According to the law in most states, a President/CEO can fill any other office concurrently, EXCEPT the position of Secretary. Thus you would require a minimum of 2 people to be legally incorporated.

Nevada must be an exception, because my wife filled all roles in her corporation.

Which offers the interesting question as to why McCrae would have filed his *Proud and Insolent Youth Corp.* incorporation in distant New Hampshire, rather than nearby, and perhaps more accomodating, Nevada.
