Would you favor a Government mandated law prohibiting private companies from restricting smoking on private property?

I don't favor ANY kind of law from the Government when it comes to a legal commodity. I realize it's up to LOWE'S to do what they want, but to diss 25-30% of their employees is cruel punishment.

Since I stopped smoking, I really don't care that its being banned in certain places, I mean, I just don't give damn, its no issue to me anymore.
