A Landrieu spokesman, Rich Masters, said the comment wasn't a threat, but a prediction that after running such a negative campaign, Terrell would no longer be viable as a candidate in Louisiana. Gee Rich, even if she wins the election?

Good to see the VRWC is in full swing!
To: ninonitti
You mean it doesn't hurt the whites there too? No.
Why is that?
Because the whites are being murdered by the blacks before they can get sick from AIDS.

I've a feeling that Senator Terrell might find herself saying this a lot upon working in close proximity with Hillary. I notice in the Drudge photo of Landreau that she is wearing the Hillary Pin. (The eagle with the ball under it)
check out http://www.cuttingedge.org/news/n1259.cfm for a view of the pin. - Tom

"Some of us have also sent this info to Rush in hopes that he'll talk about it on his radio show."HA!!
Do ya think, newslady??! :o)
"Mary put her foot in her mouth once too often, and her arrogant, threatening statement to Suzie will soon be known all over Louisiana and the nation."
...alllll size *12* of it! ;^)

is this Landrieu's "WE WILL WIN RALLY", Rick Lazio approaching Hillary Clinton in debate, or her version of the Gore Sigh!?

"The internet, especially FreeRepublic.com, is...wonderful."~sigh~
Yes, the Internet certainly has thrown a wrench into the Lamestream Mediot's grandiose plan [read: scheme] to dominate & monopolize what information the nation does & doesn't get.
Huh?
...*darn* it, anyway. ;^)

In a new television ad, she says Terrell favors tax relief only for the wealthy. So is this a RAT admission that the Bush tax cut she voted for is not a tax cut for the wealthy?

Thanks for the site on Mary's digs,,she didn't use union labor??? Oh my, the people in Louisiana will appreciate knowing that!!
To: davisfh
Just pointing out that she may decide to retire after serving a term as a Senator. Or she may get hit by a bus 3 years from now and die. Point is, even if we knew 100% that this was going to be Terrell's last campaign it doesn't mean that she won't win this election.

Hon, socialists do get elected in Louisiana,,what in hell was Huey Long if not a socialist???
To: cajungirl
He was technically a populist.(Not a dime's worth a difference between socialists and populists. Both are evil statists.)

That pin has Satanistic implications and seems to appear on the wife of Sen McCain of Arizona too often also.

Well, a socialist thug then!! Actually I never read he was like a thug,,for a great bio get T. Harry Williams bio of him. He was quite popular even though noone will admit they voted for him. I knew early of him,,he fired my father from a job for publicly disagreeing with him,,his tentacles were everywherre. But there is a strong populist streak in Louisiana politics even now. And I didn't know Mary adopted her kids. Interesting, but I think I read she lived in Baton Rouge, for some reason I thought her hubby was connected with LSU. I hear from two personal contacts, both of whom worked with her, that she is hell on wheels and very hated by those who know her from the work place.

Boy, you are GOOD. You even got the right hair color on the winner.

Hehehe. Now you know why her campaign tried to discredit the ads the Terrell campaign ran about her house during the primary. Like all democrats she labels truths about her or her record "negative". I didn't think the ads were negative but they were a negative for Landrieu.

"Actually I never read he was like a thug,,for a great bio get T. Harry Williams bio of him. He was quite popular even though noone will admit they voted for him."
C'mon!!
Is that *rich*, or what??
Now just WHO does *that* sound like, huh?
(Hint: He "ruled" over a *sink*.) :o)
"I knew early of him,,he fired my father from a job for publicly disagreeing with him,,his tentacles were everywherre."
Well remember the year we'd be talking about when your pa worked for Long, now; because, had it been Clintigula he worked for?
You might've been *orphaned*.
Obviously things in the "Dixie Mafia" have changed dramatically between Huey Long's & Clintigula's day which worked out great, for you.
"But there is a strong populist streak in Louisiana politics even now. And I didn't know Mary adopted her kids. Interesting, but I think I read she lived in Baton Rouge..."
Well, girl?
She *does* pick her colors carefully, y'know.
"...for some reason I thought her hubby was connected with LSU."
Oh bouy.
That'd *fit*, alright.
"I hear from two personal contacts, both of whom worked with her, that she is hell on wheels and very hated by those who know her from the work place."
Imagine that!!
Though they're both 'Rats??
Her name's not even *near, "Hillary."
...coincidences abound!! ;^)

"this is your last campaign"
Reminds me of the biblical story dramatized in "The Ten Commandments" when Pharaoh decides to kill the first born males of the Hebrews. Moses (Charlton Heston) says, "Out of his own mouth, he brings the plague upon himself."
I really think Landrieu was self-prophesying unwittingly. Either that or she was talking to herself. LOL
