The two negative comments I read were bashing FR - said only one person from there should be allowed to vote. Talk about free speech! they don't know the meaning of it.

Liberals aren't much for talking points.Uh, excuse me, but I seem to remember a week in the summer of 2000, just after Dick Cheney was chosen to be GW's running mate, during which the word "gravitas" was tossed about quite frequently.

I love this last line. they live for talking points That's so so true; I hadn't noticed that until the 2000 elections....my sister learned the "talking point of the day" by writing down words she kept hearing in the "first" alphabet channel's anchor's language; then, we'd look to see if "those words" popped up at the next program; yep, they sure did. We became "Rat talking point" experts. It actually became quite a fun game of the day/week. Kind of like watching for bloopers in movies.

Yes, you're right. Daschle's a real drama queen. He can always get on a soap opera. He's so melodramatic. Which soap would be the perfect one for him? Bubba would have been All My Children but for Daschle, something on nbc. lol

Which soap would be the perfect one for him? As the World Turns? (I don't watch soaps, but this one might work, lol.)
