Finneran won't last forever, a lot of leftist Dems want him gone and replaced with a Tom Birmingham type, and one of these days, their biannual revolt will be a success. As for Weld and his alleged "success", well, he was the best party-building Governor for the DEMOCRATS than practically any other MA pol since JFK. Too bad his Kennedyesque ego wouldn't allow him to "spread the wealth" beyond Argeo Paul to his own party (let alone conservatives).
