I have a thought (dangerous when I do). What if, in the beginning, just to play around, we look at that Bush/Algore red/blue map, and compare it to, say, initial known problem areas in 2000, 2002, with voter fraud.....if it's all in Algore areas, maybe we could initially focus on identifying Algore areas, since they are way less, geographically speaking.

You know, this is quite an undertaking. Wouldn't it be just as simple to have a graphic saying "Fraud Alert" and and just name the counties via text?
