We need to have a plan if mccain jumps ship over what he considers "pork" in the bill...he was really mad. Shall we hold street demonstrations or get the AZ freepers to start another recall? Heck, I like to plan ahead. LOL! We REALLY need Suzy Terrell to beat Landrieu in LA. Then we won't have to worry. We need that seat - bigtime.

Of course we need the Louisiana seat, but Bush has other options at his fingertips. Suppose he were to offer a cabinet position to Zell Miller. That leaves a senate vacancy with a Republican governor. +1 for GOP.
