I think the GOP messed up tacking this stuff on at the last minute. I don't mind the provisions but they can be included in other bills, like a major TORT REFORM bill.

Good point! Why hide this language in this bill, inviting attack? Bring a full Tort Reform bill out in the open light and debate it for all America to see the rapacious greed and destructive influence of the Trial Lawyers Lobby.
