The first time I boarded a plane after TWA #800, I laughed bitterly. I laughed because I had absolutely no fear at all--zero, nada, none--of the fuel tank exploding and nobody else looked nervous either. That "explanation" was a pathetic joke. I am with you all the way! The daughter of a girl I graduated with was on that plane on a trip to France as a graduation present from her folks.
