Most of the 1994 "Revolutionaries" have been expelled

Who are they, and who expelled them? Trancredo is ineffective because he is strident. His style gets in the way of his message. If he was more measured and thoughtful, and calm in presenting his evidence, he would not so easily be sluffed off.

He's strident. Good. Thank God somebody other than just me has the guts to be strident.

Few in power can handle the simple truth he tells about immigration. That's the real deal. Tancredo is blameless. The traitors who want this nation to be invaded by illegal aliens and profit off them are to blame.

When I was little you used to see notices (reminders) for aliens to register each year. What along long, long way come since then. (BARF!)

I thought we are suppossed to vote for these people just because they are republicans. That's what they told us to do in the last election. Has something changed? Are we to look into the character of the candidates, did I miss something? I thought the big (R) was all that counted.

That's precisely the BS I'm sick of. I'd rather vote for a Tancredo. I'll vote for ANYONE who speaks the truth. America is getting tired of this crap.

1) Define "ineffective", without limiting yourself just to standard Congressional pork-barrel, scratch-my-back-I'll-scratch-yours, politics-as-usual politics.

2) Demonstrate how being "strident" has hurt the left in achieving its long term goals (note: the left have already achieved their long term goals).

3) Show us an example of a measured, thoughtful, calm conservative opponent of our immigration "policy" who has ever accomplished anything, ever; one who has not simply been ignored or "disappeared" from the ranks of those who are actually implementing "our" immigration policy, precisely because one who is afraid of appearing "strident" is never going to go over the heads of the party leadership who are in fact, determined that this issue not be discussed, not debated, not put to a vote, but rather prefer that present policy be allowed to create "de facto" changes in this nation which will effectively destroy everything we value about America.

Torie, I've heard Tancredo speak. I don't believe he is "strident" at all. If he is ineffectual, it is because he is going against the Bush administration, they don't like it, and they're fighting him.

It's really hard to come out with the truth nowadays.

LOL! You may easily dismiss him, but millions of native (those born in the USA) Americans are with him 100 percent. If Tom Tancredo had more national exposure he could easily defeat Bush in 2004.
