Good Morning Mr. Phelps....the pictures you are looking at are family members of known terrorists involved in the 9/11 attacks. Your mission should you choose to accept it is to terminate these family members with extreme prejudice. You may use any methods you deem necessary to send a message to those still involved in various terrorist groups.
