NEW PRICE:
$35.00 inclusive sit down dinner in private room with beer and wine now included
Menu will be posted as soon as I get it.
We just could not negotiate a guarantee for a private room at the other place.
I may have to start collecting in order to put down a deposit of 500 and I have to guarantee at least 35 people by a certain date (hopefully Dec. 20th)
I will see what I can set up regarding payment options as they want us to sign a contract for the party. Of course I will try to negotiate a BLIZZARD clause just in case so they will give us options for another date in case of BLIZZARD only!!
We can have up to 65 people at right now I believe I have at least 38 confirmed.
I will make a new post as soon as I have more details no later than December 3rd.
We have a very nice guest list and their will be door prizes and other handouts. One freeper even has teeshirts for all of us commemorating 911. A signed copy of one of Peggy Noonan's books has also been offered to us. The infamous "GO HOME HILLARY" banner signed by many notable dignitaries will also be on hand.
Thanks, Lisa
If you have Paypal set up, I will send my share.

Heres some reviews of the place:
Landmark Tavern Restaurant
626 11th Ave. at 46th Street. 212-757-8595. Average main course $30. This restaurant was an Irish waterfront saloon 130 years ago. It's truly one of New York's treasures. Dine by the fireplace in one of the rooms decorated in period furniture and enjoy wonderful Irish soda bread with dishes like Chicken Pot Pie. This was the setting for ABC's Spin City and it will be the setting for great food and good times for years to come, we certainly hope. A favorite of Readio for romance, style and food. The location is somewhat out of the way but it's worth the trip.
Landmark Tavern
Located deep within the West Side's warehouse wasteland, this lonely outpost of old New York rewards the adventurous with an atmosphere hardly changed since the doors opened in 1868. Stained-glass accents, bountiful flower arrangements and yellowed portraits of voluptuous Victorian vixens brighten the richly carved mahogany paneling. An antique cash register and hat rack sit at the end of the long bar like old regulars, quaintly recalling a time when a man never left home without his Homburg and always paid in cash. And between the semi-trucks roaring down Eleventh Avenue, you can even catch glimpses of horse carriages ambling into and out of Central Park. -- Andrew Yamato
