We can only imagine the anxiety the family is experiencing.
" ... IF she went to nh...it would be up toward Plymouth. BUT she HATES NH, HATES the cold and she is NOT one to venture out on her own AT ALL.
...
Bro in law is enroute to examine the bank survelience tapes.. "

Sounds like you do have someone on the "inside" to help matters a bit. My suggestion, since this sounds like a carjacking and ATM scam, is to find out how to get the word out among the TRUCK DRIVERS in the area. They can pass the word quickly, are often more than willing to help, and would be the ones to spot the car on the road. My prayers for those involved.

[Re: This is a real long shot...but is there a way you can find out what numbers she did punch in when using the wrong pin number? DH said he knew of a case where a person was forced to use their card and deliberately put in the wrong pin numbers to flag the system AND they also spelled something out with the numbers they did choose. Took a bit to figure out but this individual had put in a location they were being forced to drive to.]
" ... I never thought of that ... she could easily have typed HELP
I passed that along to bro in law."

" ... we are HOPING that she just needed to bolt except for a couple of things. Her hubbie doesn't keep a leash on her so she is free to come and go as she pleases AND she KNOWS there is no money in the savings account to access, yet she tried to access it with the wrong pin number, and then with the right one.
Nothing is making sense to indicate that she needed space. "
"I was just thinking ... it's been 24 hours since she was known to be in the Raleigh Durham area. She could be ANYWHERE by now."
"Just in:
Bank survailance tapes show she wasn't alone, SHE did not make the transaction at the atm ... some tall person did with perhaps another person there as well. The tape doesn't show the faces of the guy."
