Missing Adult, HELP NEEDED (crime in progress?) [SC]

I JUST got off the phone with my neice. It seems my sister (her mother) is missing since yesterday between 3pm and 4:40pm yesterday from the SouthCarolina area.

She headed north as far as we can track, but then nothing. This is TOTALLY uncharacteristic of her.

We need to know if she is on her own willingly making decisions, or if she has been abducted and is in need of help. Is there anybody from that area that can help?

ok, she spoke to hubbie from home via phone about 3 pm yesterday afternoon. She left home at that time saying she was headed for her local walmart near Aynor South Carolina..I don't know the exact town...maybe conroe or something? She never made it to walmart. Survaliance tapes show she never went in there. She withdrew some money from the bank locally. She put gas in her car at the north carolina / south carolina state line (cherry creek). She withdrew a BUNCH of money in Raliegh Durham North Carolina. She spoke to her daughter at 4:30 saying she was going christmas shopping and that she would be late. But she never made it home.

If she had any inclinations to leave home, she never indicated it, and she would NOT be heading NORTH!!

She is 5'7 inches tall, LONG legs, 150 lbs, has very short medium brown hair. lots of freckels, hazel eyes. Driving a Dark Blue BMW 4 door with a mini antennea on the driver's side on the post between the door and the windshield, licence plate # 845HLG

My brother in law is former military police. He made a call to the police and is tracking bank usage which is showing itself to be very abnormal such as numerous attempts to use the various cards but rejects due to wrong pin numbers. He's requested survalance tapes from the banks as well. She was supposed to go to walmart, but walmart survaliance tapes show she never made it there. So, hes compiling stuff to show that something IS very wrong.

Also, she talked to her daughter AFTER one of the cash drafts and said someting weird to her daughter...like I love you...and she NEVER says that to THAT daughter.

Anyway, I didn't want to put all this on the boards...

Mr. W has already been to this thread because when he called me the second time he said I was a fast poster. I'd only been off the phone with him a few minutes when I posted that. So, yes, he's already read some of our posts.

I have tried to get on to TB2K to get in touch with Prairie Lady but had to give them my husbands email address when registering because mine was not acceptable (they don't allow Yahoo, hotmail or Juno). And I can't post till I get confirmation from them and hubby isn't here.:(

There are two other orgs that do what the one here in PHX does. One is in Arkansas and the other in Florida.

Nations Missing Children Organization is the name of the the org and Center for Missing Adults is with them. I spoke with the gentleman from Missing Adults.

They assist LE with info on missing persons; they don't actually search. And they have the website. But I felt it was a good place to start to get info as to how to go about getting adults in jeopardy included in alerts. That may have to be left up to broadcasters.

Is CUE in SC? I was thinking it was. I mentioned CUE to the people here and told them they were involved with Alice's case.

The things I'm trying to find out now are directed more toward how to change the system and include adults in alerts in the future.

If only they already were, for Alice's sake.

Well, humbly, thanks. I just figured if I could get the information to everyone here, to those that feel they want to help in some way, it would give them a place to start.

I will call the Alzheimer's people after Thanksgiving and ask them some questions. I am mostly in the gathering info and asking questions phase. I have a few ideas and will try to stay in touch with the man from CMA when I have more questions.

I get new info and someone new to call with each call I make.

This chapter of CUE is in Wilmington, NC... their toll free number is at the bottom of the poster.... They are one of the FEW agencies that will even assist with adults... so it might be good to introduce the two of them VG... :))

How wonderful you all are, to be so thinking and active, and doing the things you are doing. Whatever the outcome to this sad, horrific situation, what you are doing will make a difference in the future.

Tonight, in my prayers, when I speak to Alice, it will be with tears. But it will also be with amazement at how one dear soul can move so many. Bless you all.

I will do that!. Thank you, TG. I have CMA's email address and I will give them CUE's name, address and Monica's full name. They hadn't heard of CUE and it would only make sense that all these organizations were aware of one another. :)

You are so very sweet. I think we all will be thinking of Alice, Samantha Burns and all the others missing and praying for their families this weekend. It will be so hard for them.

I don't know if I could work for these missing person agencies. I think I would be heart broken all the time.
They are special people.

I feel simply wiped out. No matter where I've gone today, or what I've had to do, my thoughts have been on their knees begging for some sign from our Gracious Lord above. *Anything* from Him to direct our steps, and help the Donovans. NEW INFORMATION ABOUT SUSPECTS' CONDITION, POSSIBLE LINK TO MISSING COLLEGE STUDENT

Authorities say Branden Basham and Chadrick Fulks were using drugs while they were in South Carolina.
Detectives say that is making it difficult for police to get accurate descriptions from the men about areas to search for Alice Donovan.
Also, police say the cell phone call that Donovan made to her daughter the day after her abduction was staged by Fulks and Basham.
They say both men told Donovan to make the call.
Meanwhile, police may have found a link between Basham and Fulks and a missing West Virginia college student.
Police say the student disappeared and her car was found set on fire.
The FBI told us the two women who were traveling with Fulks and Basham said when they met up with the men in West Virginia, Fulks and Basham smelled of gasoline.
