'COURSE not...they've been yelling for so long about how George Bush is going to destroy our environment that they don't DARE say much about it. The best they can hope for is that no one will hear about this.

You're welcome. But man, there sure are alot of paranoid folk on FR who are ready to cede the argument on such issues to the libs. The Conservative agenda needs to have pro-active solutions - not just a bunch of whining about enviro-whackos.

I've said it before, but I'll say it again. THIS is one of the best guiding documents for the establishment of sound conservation policy.
