So what should I call those that say they are Muslims, but do not adhere to the belief that they should take over the world, and eradicate all non-believers?

You don't need to 'call' them anything. Just be friends as best you can. Be sure not to step on their toes...never shake hands with the left hand... don't offer stuff that is forbidden to them, in hospitality... - learn stuff like that, and ask questions, as you do here. People - including Muslims - usually appreciate the opportunity to share their faith.

So what should I call those that say they are Muslims, but do not adhere to the belief that they should take over the world, and eradicate all non-believers?Since these few non-practicing muslims no longer are supporting the fundamentals of their religion they would be what we call "Christians" who no longer support the beliefs and practices of the Bible: Christians in Name Only
I would say those people are Muslims in Name Only, thus no longer muslim, and thus no longer a threat to me.
