Personally, I don't think McCain is going anywhere. I think the man is not in very good health.

I agree.
And don't these people EVER read anything except what they write themselves? Chaffee has said point blank he's staying.
Is this just wishful thinking?

I also think my senator,McQueeg may, have "gotten the GOP's drift" in the form of last week's election results. I don't think McWhiney is nursing dreams of election revenge against George W. Bush anymore.
McQueeg knows Bush would whip him like a rented mule and a red-headed step-child. And why would McWhiney switch to the Loser Party for 2004? McWhiney isn't stupid--he knows Bush will kick butt in 2004 and he doesn't want to be on the receiving end of it..

Heck according to what I saw on the news video clip, she was shaking so badly that she actually voted for the other guy on the touch screen voting machine.

With you. He looks ill. That cancer damaged him, and running for the presidency is hugely draining. But I don't ever see McCain going to the Dems, no matter what. He has an 84 rating from the ACU, no matter what we think of it, it would destroy the Dems - Colmes would have a meltdown.
