Nancy Pelosi: Great for the GOP!

Nancy Pelosi, 62-year-old congresswoman from California, is expected to win the Democratic position of minority leader of House of Representatives, now that Rep. Martin Frost of Texas has withdrawn from the race. Having Pelosi in that position is the best news ever for the GOP and for the people of the United States of America.

Pelosi's only in the Congress because she is the favored icon of the far-left wing of the Democratic Party in San Francisco, where voters are so un-American they actually have demonstrations in support of Saddam Hussein instead of our military forces!

Pelosi will be the butt of many insider jokes in the Democratic establishment. I once visited her Washington office to lobby her on a bill before the House, and what I found was an airhead incapable of independent thought. Although she has a reputation of a strikingly intelligent and well-prepared politician, I found something distinctly different. She was completely ignorant about the subject matter of the bill, but she was obviously completely in agreement with the people we were lobbying against. Time proved me right. The bill passed and years later it came to light that all the information I had was precise, while hers was totally contrived.

Pelosi is very very rich and disliked by many of her own Democratic colleagues. This woman is so far gone that her views of the war on terrorism are only supported by terrorists--homespun and otherwise. She is the worst possible enemy of our safety. She recently stated that she saw no threat from Saddam Hussein. After today's unanimous resolution in the United Nations, I wonder what is going on in her head. Nancy is not only disconnected from the American people, but she is disconnected from this world!

The Democrats are going to be hard-put to oppose the political popularity and accomplishment of George W. Bush. One speculates about who will carry the banner for the Democrats in 2004. Will it be Al Sharpton? Or Jesse ''Hi-Jack'' Jackson? Maybe they will ask Jimmy Carter to come back; after all they got Mondale to run for the Senate.

The Democrats are a sad lot. Al Gore set the tone when he tried to steal the 2000 election from George W. Bush. Even with all the voter fraud the Democrats have institutionalized, they were unable to do it. Then they engineered the defection of Senator Jumpin Jeffords of Vermont. Seems they are again trying to buy a couple of Republicans to win back the Senate! The truth is that the Democrats are abandoning the center and heading further to the left, and away from the American people.

It is up to Republicans to diversify, take on as much ammunition as possible, and exterminate the demorodents. If you can contain your laughter at the thought of Pelosi as a Queen Bee of Congress, then give the left wing a round of applause. They are so far out now that they could possibly win an election in Iraq!

It seems we may have Comrade President from the People's Republic of Kalifornia. Long-live Pelosi?

Is Nancy really the best the Democrats have to offer?

Of course.  If I've learned anything from life it's that stupidity never engenders the loyalty of the intelligent.

I certainly wish the RATS a terrible political future. If Bush can hold on to his popularity and positive image, then in 2004 the best the RATS will be able to offer is another wheezer geezer as a sacrificial goat - er - RAT.

There are few things more distasteful to hear than Pelosi on Ronn Owens' talk show.

He places his nose squarely up her wrinkled butt.

Yuck.

(you can thank me later for the imagery <|:)~ )

Remember when W. won re-election as governor of Texas with 70% of the vote?

PELOSI?

Fuggeddaboutit. The democraps are about to acomplish a great political double-play: by electing Ford as Minority Leader they will at once move toward the "Center" AND they will start to repair the breach with disaffected black Democraps.

"See," they are going to say, "1) We ain't so far out on the left, and 2) our leader is this black kid. So get back on the plantation and let's whip the Republican capitalist pigs!"."

Her nose looks like it was sculpted by the same incompetent boob who did Michael Jackson's nose. Both noses look like pointy little pyramids. Quite unnatural.

The image says everything about the Democrats and liberalism: nothing but a superficial facade.

Look for Democrats to try to deceive the American people into believing they stand for youthful optimism about the future by injecting more Botox into their sagging, worn-out, old policies.

With Pelosi at the helm the Dems will have around 35 house members in 2004.

Gotta love it...the Dems are offering the Kool-aid that has destroyed their once-impressive base among conservatives (in the south) and moderates in other parts of the country. Instead, the Rats have become the party of narrow, special interests, except that they never get around to satisfying those groups. Now, the downward spiral is accelerating. The Democrat's cabana boys (and girls) in the press don't want to admit it, but their party is virtually finished in the South. They have no appeal outside urban areas, and depend solely on a large African-American turnout to put them over the hump on election day.

I still have a copy of the famous "Bush Country" map from the 2000 election. The Dems are still somewhat competitive by winning California, New York, much of the northeast, and picking up votes in the Midwest. But if the economy improves--as it certainly will--a lot of those Democratic margins are in jeopardy, because a lot of swing voters will go Republican.

And the Democratic response to all of this? Hand the party over to an even bigger lib than Puff Daschle and Little Dick Gephardt. Even more amazing is their inclination to exclude Harold Ford, Jr., from any meaningful leadership role. Ford is certainly a liberal, but he's bright, articulate and comes across well on TV--far better than Pelosi. If Ford gets treated shabbily in the leadership contest, you'll see some of his colleagues in the Black Caucus doing very little to "get out the vote" in 2004.

You can find another Pelosi thread I started Here.

To summarize:

Her family (father and brother) was deeply connected to the Mafia in Baltimore (while she currently serves on a subcomittee on organized crime!) and she trys to hide it by not using her maiden name.

She supports the wacko sexual liberation agenda of the Gay Area which she represents.

...and other tidbits on Comrade Pelosi..

If Cynthia McKinney or Barbara Lee won't do it, I guess Pelosi will do. BTW, I live in Dallas, and I find it amusing that the national press thinks Martin Frost is a "moderate". That says more about the press than they even know.

Considering her political views, I'd consider the Mafia links a POSITIVE point in her favor.
