It turns out that the Democrats' turnout miracle that painted half the country blue in the 2000 election was, after all, a miracle.

Miracle? ..More likely explanation is that the introduction of new voting technology in the wake of the Florida attempted coup in 2000 has limited the Democrat's ability to commit massive vote fraud.

But I believe the civil rights lie is becoming increasingly increasingly impotent, as a growing black middle class begins to be aware of, and act in, their own self-interest.
