I wish Dr. Steben had given advice on abstinence. Or told doctors how to screen men and women. Or made a bigger deal out of the incidence of HPV and its association with cervical cancers.
When will we hear women's groups screaming bloody murder that cervical cancer is a STD, and risk is directly related to promiscuity, especially the promiscuity of the man????(The risk goes up more directly with increased partners for the man, less directly for the woman.
Stop and think: the reason women have yearly pap smears is because of promiscuity!!

"The Pap test can detect dysplasia"The veterinarian said our black lab has this and I'm pretty shocked.
It' not like we ever left her alone.

Yeah, all the guys with High Performance Vehicles and smokes got the stuff and then the girls ended up wiggling their way into the HPVs on the side.

"We've heard from Bill Clinton that oral sex is not sex, or that it doesn't carry consequences, but we know now that the human papilloma virus can be transmitted by the mouth during oral sex," Steben told reporters. There's that Bill Clinton legacy again. Those Democrats must be so proud of him.

Do cars even have pistons and cylinders today?

Thanks for the bumps, guys.
Be sure and show the article to your daughters: It's estimated that 20% of them have sex by 15 years old. Although half are still virgins in college, it's often only by a technicality. Even the magazine "Oprah" covered the subject this last month.
How about this article:
http://www.nytimes.com/2002/11/03/fashion/03TEEN.html
The author got it right in one quote:
Girls have become "sexualized" and believe, "This is all I have to offer."
Here's an editorial concerning the NYT article:

Actually, I can't take anyone seriously when they spout crap like "women get pap smears because of promiscuity"...
Talk about painting with a broad (no offense, ladies) brush...
