I have not heard it mentioned, but I have to believe that the three IDIOT democrats in IRAQ did have some effect.

Don't you wonder how Mary Matalin puts up with Carville AND works for the Bush Administration? They must put up an enormous wall around her at work (which would be lonely) and it can't be fun to see your husband stick a trash can on his head on national TV. I wonder how much of Carville is just pure theater for the two of them to even survive.

Now granted, I'm a conservative, but if the Rats really wanted to pin things down, they should look in the mirror at there strategy. They tried to talk about the economy, but the voters, including moderates, and even some dems, didn't blame the economy on the republicans. It started under clinton, and (in there eyes) stayed that way under a dem senate, they also blamed 9/11 for keeping us in a recession. They saw the house and president trying, and nothing getting done in the senate. Next dems tried to play the republicans are the party of big business, problem is, in the eyes of moderates, alot of conservatives, and heck even the green party, dems are just as much a party of big business as the repubs, the dems had no ideas on anything, they're whole campaign was stop the republicans. Yea, that'll draw the center and solidify your base. Running as an obstructionist means problems not getting solved, even left of center folks want something better then nothing which was the dem alternative. On terrorism, lets be honest, no one feels safe with dems in control. Alot of libs who are out of touch with reality also felt that since Bush "stole" the election, there would be outrage, get over it. Only the diehard rats still believe that, no one else does, kind of like believing in santa claus. The dems need serious help, and I want to help put the nails in there coffins.
