Now WATCH the bloodletting.

Mfume just called for the removal of McAuliffe.

Which means that the Black Caucus is going to move on the chairmanship. The Toon said no last time. Methinks Maynard Jackson will get his corner office.

Be Seeing You,

Chris

Maynard Jackson never got indicted for anything when he was Mayor of Atlanta, but a lot of his close friends got to wear the matching and connected silver bracelets for their efforts to milk the City Treasury. Maynard is in it for Maynard the way the Clintons are in it for Clinton. Also he will push the Democrats in the direction preferred by the socialists in the Democrat Black Caucus.

In short, if Maynard "claims" the Chair of the DNC, he could prove as useful to the Republicans in 2004 as Terry was in 2002. The Democrats don't have a clue, and they don't know where, when or how to beg borrow or rent a clue.
