I'm heartbroken, but not surprised. It would've taken a miracle for Bill Simon to win against the Davis financial juggernaut, not to mention the disgusting lamestream media.

Having said that, Simon did a lot better than people anticipated. I'm already thinking about 2004 - anyone think he might have a chance against DiFi?

My dog would have a good chance against Finestein...but if Simon wants to go up against Dumass Finestein he better start today...because if he thought the Dimwit Davis was a dirty player, going up against the JAP will make this race look like child's play. Mucho dollars and he better take off his suit and get his Superman costume out of the cleaners!

Yup,, my first thought was run Simon running for the Senate as soon as possible. By 2004, DiFi will be beatable but ya can;t pussyfoot around with her. Nail her early and often. She has billions behind her, But we have the grass-roots and we are on a roll. Let's see what happens after the dust clears.

Thanks for the thanks! It has been an honor, privilege and in a way, a duty to sound the horn as the barbarians approach. It has been fun, and that is the way it ought to be. It has been time-consuming and we lost.. or did we?

Now, more then ever, let the scoundrels know there moneygrubbing/influencepeddling days are over. (Oops. Lockyer won, huh?)

Let's not spend too much time looking back.

The Cal GOP Party Leadership needs a bulldozer driven thru their 19th Hole. Let's take control back of the Party and the funds that should have been allocated in a more prudent manner. It would be nice if they would support candidates that win their own primary too!

To kobyashi and all the rest of those wishing for an implosion of the CAGOP... Is this good enough or do we have to do it again in 2006?

Boxer will be up for reelection in 2004.
Feinstein was reelected in 2000 (challenged by Tom Campbell), and her term will come up again in 2006.
