Let's hope so. One example is the media said that University of Minnesota students were waiting in line for 2 hours to vote and there isn't much chance they were waiting to vote Republican. They had to all be waiting there to vote for Mondale and further the pro-choice movement.

My wife and I counted 5 separate phone calls from the Republican Party reminding and supporting us to vote.

If only Mondale can get his ass kicked it would such a moral victory. The Clintons get humiliated and the the Democrats show exactly what they have....NOTHING!

Now, Russert is hinting Republican victory in MN. OK, Trent, get ready to move your desk.

Yeah Trent! Move it to the back of the Senate chamber and let a real Republican leader step forward. Hagel? Frist? Warner?

Coleman leads by 4,000 votes but the concern is that the Metro Minneapolis area is slow in coming in and Mondale can pick up 4,000 votes in one precinct there. On the other hand Coleman was Major of St. Paul and if those returns are out there some of St. Paul may offset liberal Minneapolis.
