AR must be close. Dems trying to get courts to keep polls open an extra 2.5 hours. Will that give them enough time to 'dig up' the votes they need?

When did Major Garrett move to the FNC?
He's reporting that the GOP has essentialy given up on the Colorado and Arkansas senate races.
To: Diddle E. Squat
Now THAT is good news. The Rep. sources that Fox just talked about must have been going off of the VNS numbers.

Major Garrett reports, according to pubbie sources, Huchinson and Allard are dead meat.

You mean McBride?

I think they need more time to lick the coating of those voting cards...

>>This is what happens when outsiders like the White House and the RNC pick one of their "insiders" as a candidate. Even Helms had close wins in NC,and it was the "crawl across broken glass" conservatives that bailed him out each time<<
Same story up here in NH. Smith=Helms, Sununu=Dole.

"This could not have turned out worse for Jeb Bush. It reminds everybody about how Al Gore was robbed in the last presidential election. This is the governor's responsibility." "Jeb is gone!" is McAuliffe's battle cry. "There won't be anything as devastating to President Bush as his brother's losing in Florida."
The Democrat national party will be dropping money bombs and mobilizing an army of campaign workers to help defeat the president's brother Gov. Jeb Bush and propel Democrat Bill McBride into the Florida governor's mansion, vows Terry McAuliffe, the Democrat national chairman.

As one born and raised in the Crescent City,(left in '57), I remember how hot it was . i heard that the Old Regular Democratic association could "stuff a ballot box so that it would pass any court in the land". So, it will be amazing if the Repubs can get Landrieu into a runoff .
