What are Indian Precints? Never heard of that before. Is it somekind of reservation voting thing?

Don't know. Granted, I heard this info a while back on some cable station. They said two areas were still out -- the reservation(s) and Davison. They said the GOP was most worried about the reservation(s), while the Dems had more to worry about in Davison. Just FWIW.
