MSNBC just stated flat-out, the Democrats have ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE OF RETAKING THE HOUSE! Yay!!!!

Down by five seats, by my count, at least, maybe as many as ten once the dawn rises and the numbers are more solid.

Now, about those judicial appointments that have been waiting so long...wouldn't this be a fine time to have them move forward, or else have all the democtratic-appointed US attorneys replaced, just like Clinton did to the Repub US Atty appointees?
