Happy anniversary Lodwick. And happy anniversary to our first couple. Received my George and Laura book yesterday...it's quite good. Let's pray that their anniversary wish of a republican sweep comes true!

When I voted today I was so nervous my hand was actually shaking. The only other time I felt that way was the first time Mr. D. was on the ballot. I almost voted for his opponent!!!

I cried as I read the memorial to "California" from "Oregon". This personal information and memories remind us that these are not just names, but real people with family and friends left behind to mourn their loss. We will never forget.
Remember all Veterans on Veteran's Day, November 11th.

Big day today, I am irrationally exuberant. Dubya and the GOP are rollin'...we may lose a skirmish here and there, but history will be made today.

I expect the McAwful/xlinton machine will pull some cheating stunts before it's all over, but no matter, the President's coat of silver mail will shine more brightly, and the Dims' mantle of ash and shame will be more apparent to the fence-sitters.

God bless America and keep our President safe and victorious in battle.
