Green Oak Township, Brighton, Mi. Voted straight GOP. #335 at 3:45. GOP stronghold. Lady said vote around 40%. Voting reported fairly heavy in Oakland, Wayne & Macomb counties. Lets keep our fingers crossed....

We voted during the hubbie's lunch hour. Our 19 year-old cast her first vote ever. That's 3 for the republicans, all of us went straight ticket.
It's been cold and rainy all day here in southeastern WI.
Wish us luck for a McCallum win!

In Virginia here......... Just voted for Sen. Warner and Katzen (R). Katzen is challenging Rick Boucher (D) in the House. Ive always wanted to vote AGAINST Boucher. After redistricting, I finally got my chance today. :)

I was told last evening that the Pinellas Headquarters "sign man" was covering every precinct in Pinellas County. It didn't appear to be so when I went to vote at 11:00. Otherwise, I would have been there earlier, even though I was sick. What are the chances of pubbie signs for school board being there but no others and the school board candidate doesn't even live over here.
So, I called 1-866-vote.411, the dem complaint line and told them to "play fair" with the signs. I told the dem guy this appeared statewide. He said it went the other way too. I told him "fine, then I'll let you figure it out. Thank you for your time" and I wasn't rude.
I contacted a gung ho non-freeper new friend who is going to call the dem complaint number and talk about the "f" word and the middle finger in addition to all the missing signs. I RECOMMEND CALLING THE DEM COMPLAINT LINE AND KEEP THEM ON THE LINE LONG ENOUGH TO MAKE YOUR POINTS AND TIE UP THEIR COMPLAINT LINE. Thank you, McBride supporter email for giving me the number. LOL

Mr. Royce's fine voting guide was a big help I have an idea: why don't we have Freeper voting guides for each polling area? I wish I had a print out of picks that Freeper researchers and debaters came to a conclusion on. We could increase our voting power. I had trouble knowing who to vote for in the judicial and school district sections so in many cases I didn't. I tried researching on the internet and there just isn't enough info, sometimes none, to choose Freeper friendly candidates.
I got my vote in for Simon! Now I get to legitimately complain for the next 4 years if it goes to Davis.

My last three hours for Norm Coleman: voted; went to GOP HQ to make phone calls; then waved a Coleman sign on a major highway in the snow for an hour.

Congratulations on your first general election!
I voted with my daughter and I can tell you, there's nothing sweeter than knowing everyone you love, shares your politics, and not one of them, cancels out your vote.
Voting in Johnny Isackson's Kennesaw GA district was a pleasure. A nice guy from the company who manufactured Georgia's voting machines, was there in case there were problems. After voting, I agree with what he said when I asked about the problem Drudge reported: That it would be virtually impossible for anyone but a blind mouse to accidentally cast a vote for the wrong person.
No matter what happens tonight, we can be proud our President did everything he possibly could for our candidates.
Until the last 24 hours, my husband and I thought we were alone in predicting big victories for republicans.
We've thought pollsters weren't taking into account the affection Undecideds and Independents have for President Bush, that they would resent Democrats' relentless attacks on our Commander In Chief during this dangerous time.
We've thought almost all voting blocks would want to show Saddam Hussein, Bin Laden, and our allies (like France and Germany), how united we are behind the President, and that would translate into more votes for republican candidates.
Fingers crossed we are right.

If there is a Democrat candidate without a Republican opponent, I vote for the Libertarian candidate (as a protest)Great idea - I saw a bunch of judges races which were uncontested (by anyone) with only DEM entries, but didn't look for the ones like you mention - I will NEXT time! Straight ticket is, though, so quick and easy (GRIN)!!

Voted in Ohio before work this morning around 6:30 a.m. EST. Straight Republican ticket, no to tax issues!
Our Gov is a RINO sure to win, but what cha' gonna do? At a time like this I wish I was voting where it counted more.

This Wisconsin lady voted the easy way - just slid the pen along that Republican line, then voted no to three spending referendums. Out of there in 3 minutes!

I just finished voting in Arkansas (4th CD). There were about 10 people in line when I arrived, and 15 in line after I voted.
I casted a straight Republican ticket including Gov. Mike Huckabee, Sen. Tim Hutchinson, and Jay Dickey for U.S. Representative.

Great idea! I see we are over a thousand replies. I voted this morning in the second district of NJ (Forrestor and Soares). There were very few people. But this is semi rural and it was about 10:30 AM. I am not happy about what I am hearing with DOLE. Georgia and Minnesota sound hopeful. I am currently unemployed and I am again a nervous wreck just like 2000 so I worked on 'the grounds' all day mowing and raking, Now its a late night and unknown tomorrow as I probably consume way to much Crown Royal. Please FreeRepublic do not go down as I can not stand watching the pundits on TV! LETS TAKE BACK THE SENATE!

I just got done voting here in Dunwoody, Georgia for all Republicans on the ballot. The new touch screens could not have been any easier. The weather is horrible but I hope it works in our favor.
