Buy it somewhere else- that's the only place I've ever heard of (just now) that does that. Is it perhaps a municipal requirement? In Houston Top Gun, American Shooting center, Carter Country (both locations) Academy,collector's Firearms, Pace's Guns, etc. have never asked for ID. Austin, dallas & Round Rock are the same.

Walmart doesn't try cr*p like that in Texas, perhaps in part because they know we'd never put up with it.
Maybe your Walmart does because they know you'll put up with it.
