Just heard, Reginald and Jonathan Carr declared guilty on over 40 counts including Burglary, Rape, Aggaravated Sodomy, and 4 counts of Murder. Nothing Follows.

Wonder if that constitutes "aggravated circumstances" and thus qualifies these filth for the chair? Probably not, since the crimes weren't of sufficient depravity. Heck, to liberals, they barely constituted crimes!

If they had not quickly come back with this verdict, I swear I would have lost all faith in our system of justice forever.

I feel so sorry for the jury that had to be immersed for so long in the horror and filth that surrounded this case. They are the final victims of the Carr brothers because I'm sure they will spend the rest of their lives haunted by it.

Nah. I'm still hoping for giving them a ride inside a cement mixer truck with the drum turning. And adding in some bowling balls and cement blocks for variety's sake would certainly add to the entertainment value as well.

But remember, punishment of that sort is not to be cruel and unusual- so it needs to be administered frequently so as to remain commonplace and usual.

After reading Grampa Dave's post on how to kill Al Qaeda members in the U.S. missile in Yemen kills key suspect in USS Cole bombing thread I think he could apply his skills to this case. His imaginative post follows

Every al Qaeda thug terrorist who had a role in our 9/11 or cheered it should meet Allah via my scene. Chain, tie, or wrap them up after they have been debriefed to find more of their fellow scum. Then set a clock at 9 o'clock with a timer ready to go off at 9:11. Put the clock where they can see it. Inform them what will happen at 9:11. Then leave. To really rub it in, the bomb doesn't go off at 9:11. They hear the Star Spangle Banner being played. Then a woman's voice in their language starts a count down saying that wild pigs await their arrival in hell. She starts the countdown and they hear wild pigs oinking and grunting. Just before the bomb goes off, her voice says "Enjoy your eternity in hell, you maggots! The pigs of hell are ready for you."

I will work on this. First I need to know what their biggest fears in life are.

In the meantime put them in a separate cell block with some really mean white racists bubbas and let them become reverse Oreos day and night with two really big, strong white racist bubbas as their room mates, one Carr for each matched bookend of big white Bubbas.

Have a rotation of even bigger and stronger white racists bubbas ready to replace each set of bubbas when they get tired of making reverse oreos with their Carr brother.

That will have to do until I find out about their worse fears. It might have something to do with dogs as they killed that one dog.

I am reminded of the end of chapter 8 in Heinlein's Starship Troopers in which the protaganist recounts a conversation from his high school class regarding the raising of dogs, juvenile delinquents and a laothsome recriut who went AWOL and killed a infant girl. The closing thought of Juan Ricco was..."We shoot mad dogs, don't we".

If in the penalty phase the Carr brothers are given the DEATH sentence they will become the 6th and 7th persons to be sentenced to death since Kansas reintroduced the death penalty in 1995. As a side note John E. Robinsomn holds the distinction of being number 5.

HMMM, thats a thought, maybe Robinson and the Carr's could all share a cell.
