PC has existed in this country since the late 1950s. Like I said, you are presuming that Rubin was in full control of his faculties. Suicidal individuals usually are NOT. It's all about THEM, and they don't give a damn about God, God's laws regarding suicide, or anything else.

The Reuter's story states:"when he slashed his throat with a razor blade and then jumped or fell over a railing." Sorry, this doesn't have the obvious factual basis of "suicide" to it. You have a very controversial individual, with many enemies, and the violence of the penal system. That adds up to other real possibilities.
