In memory of the members of the 227 AHB 1 CAV.
MAJ Steel, CPT Fisher, CW2 Welborn and WO1 Sizemore were all killed during a combat assault near An Khe when their UH-1D's collided. A total of 11 (crew and passengers) were killed in this terrible accident.
A tribute to CPT Alfonso R. Castro and CW2 John S. Anderson of the 192 Assault Helicopter Company.
Captain Alfonso R. Castro, CW2 John S. Anderson, two crewmen, and three passengers crashed in bad weather in Zuc Me pass near Da Lat. They were missing in action until the wreckage was found almost three years later.

Thank-you for our daily reminder of our fallen heroes. May God have them in His loving arms for all of eternity and may He grant comfort to their families.
We need to give thanks to God that we are Americans and have the PRIVILEGE of voting for our leaders. May God and our consciences guide us to make the correct selections.
