There is an effort by a third party candidate to force his inclusion into the debate. Rules state that candidate's PARTY must have received 3% IN THE LAST ELECTION. Waiting for court to decide if they will rule.

I haven't heard anything about the debate being postponed. I just checked startribune.com and pioneerpress.com and they haven't posted any stories about the debate being delayed or postponed.
