I agree about filing suit. Can we sue for disenfranchisement? How about working with Hutchinson...does he have the moxey to pursue this?

Don't know about Hutchinson, and given the issue that was made of his divorce he probably isn't the best one to pursue it. I guess I am thinking more in terms of having some back-up out there for poll watchers and meeting intimidation tactics such as the ones that stop_the_rats had to put up with with complaints and court actions of our own. It really wouldn't hurt to have a few just lawyers in our corner for just such an eventuality. It isn't like we are trying to do what they accuse us of. We just want to restore integrity to the process and they do not want to allow it, and that is where the focus should be.
