This happened before when he was president. A reporter, named Sperry, asked him about the China fundraising scandal, and Slick went into a purple rage. Spokesthug Lockhart then banned Sperry from future briefings.
If anyone has a link to the old threads about this, please post it.

See my post #56.....I kept the thread because I know Paul Sperry's Mom and I wanted her to see it. Sperry became a FReeper Hero because of the incident!

Spokesthug Lockhart then banned Sperry from future briefings. And don't forget the time Brit Hume, then ABC White House correspondent, asked some question Clinton didn't like at some useless photo op with some new appointee or something (sorry, the particulars are not at the tip of my brain). Clinton said, "I don't see how you can ask such a question (the question was harmless) after that moving statement she just made".
It wasn't long until Brit was NOT the ABC White House correspondent!
ABC's loss and OUR gain...I love Brit Hume of FoxNews!

'My picnic with Bill' How reporter gave Clinton heartburn over Chinagate -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- By Paul Sperry
To: Hacksaw
I don't have a link, Hack, but the Clinton meltdown was at the yearly press picnic and Sperry asked him when he was going to have a press conference since he hadn't done so in a long time. Clintoon went postal. Sperry later said that Clinton put his face so close to his that he could feel Clintoon's spit. Clintoon then signaled to an aide and said not to let Sperry in again. (He later recanted due to public outrage.) I'm not sure, but I think Sperry was with the Wall Street Journal at the time. There were rumors that he got fired because of this incident. If I have any of this wrong, someone please correct me.
