Jeezz I remember him. He was a pretty good ball player. I hope he's a good judge and send the Dems packing.

Bob Novak referred to him as a "classical liberal" in his column, IIRC.

We'll soon know. He already has 2 strikes and a foul tip that hit the dirt against him in my book (a Viking, a RAT and a union lawyer).

A Justice says "I can't find language in the statute that grants what you asks for"; 'Rat lawyer agrees, but asks them, in essence, to change the law anyway!!

The station is breaking up here in NY. Is this happening everywhere? Or are we losing the wave?

Someone on another thread posted that he was at the memorial rally Tuesday night, clapping and cheering with the rest of the high-profile Dems.

I'm still hoping he'll do the right thing.

There it is: "I ask for extraordinary relief". Paraphrase - "Do what I want 'cause I said".

"What we are asking to do is 'different than we've done before'". Bah! That's about what it comes down to with these Dem thieves.

One thing we've noted over the past two years observing these election challenges is that the Democrat attorneys are real hacks, the GOP lawyers are super-pros, and it doesn't matter one iota when the presiding court is corrupt.

It's just "out of the ordinary" according to the RAT.

End of arguments, decision to be issued "forthwith".

I think we win the argument!

If you request a new ballot, then one should be sent. But no mass mailing of new ballots.

Close enough for our purposes, but a clean-up crew is incoming (check your FReepmail).

Real soon - likely this afternoon or this evening, according to the MPR reporter.
