a computer programmer for hard drive problems This is indeed a recipe for failure. NEVER consult a software person regarding a hardware problem.

9. When confronted by violent criminals, you should "put up no defense -- give them what they want, or run" (Handgun Control Inc. Chairman Pete Shields, Guns Don't Die - People Do, 1981, p.125).
Sorry Pete I cant run because of my arthritis, and Im too poor to give anything away.

Shoot the programmer and buy a new hard drive..... they're both cheap and easy to replace.

The frightening thing is that the lamestream media has convinced the sheeple that these are truths.

Huge bump. If you want to keep your guns, vote November 5th, and don't vote for any RATS.

35. Private citizens don't need a gun for self-protection because the police are there to protect them...
Oh BULLS*IT!
Had I realized *that*, Mr. S_S29 and I would not have felt it crucial to ensure all three of our children be given adequate exposure to and develop a familiarity with our firearms. Our 9 y/o son can field strip the MAK-90 quicker then I and our 7 y/o can hit a target at 200 yards with a 35-hits out of 40-shots rate of accuracy. Our daughter is 5 and preferes to play with Barbie but has no reservations with firearms.
Had I known that the LEO are there to protect me and mine before any trouble arrives, I'd not have wasted the kids' time with firearms.
Sheesh...

The issue is VIOLENT CRIME!
The Bureau of Justice Statistics publishes a voluminous set of data each year on all crime, and more categories than you ever knew existed.
The most current data for WEAPON RELATED VIOLENT CRIME (FY2000):
Not sure if weapon used = 7.5%
Total Non-Firearm = 17%
Total FIREARM = 7.5%
NO WEAPON USED = 68%
Why isn't there any discussion or suggestion for the 68% category?
The answer is simple, "GUNS" are an essential tool of the pimps of the election industry to feed their politics of FEAR, DIVISION, and HATRED!
