A satellite cell phone in one hand and a global-positioning satellite unit in the other, Glenn Spencer of the American Border Patrol poses at the group's headquarters in Sierra Vista. In the background is an antenna that connects headquarters to the Internet.

O'Reilly is on right now, ripping the INS a new one in his Talking Points Memo. Go Bill!

What an excellent segment. The government goons simply pass the buck again and again. There has to be a public explanation as to why Bush appointed that moron Ziglar to head the INS, otherwise there should be a move by the Congress to fix the beltway mess immediately. There is no excuse for this continuing malfeasance.

I was able to post "I love that..."

But not (in summary)...
Fact of the matter is that Bush is losing to terrorism from the southern front even as he is standing up to terrorism from other (not on the mexican border) fronts....?

Weird.

Just try getting a right-of-center letter published in almost any newspaper in the US.

Also, patriotic Americans who are retired, between jobs, or don't need a job should apply at INS (since the administration appears not to want to disband it).

I am far more concerned with terrorism from within -- from the masses of criminals who are here illegally -- than from Iraq. Therefore, IMHO before we attack Iraq or any other country, we have to secure our borders.

I'm curious. Did y'all receive an answer as to why that other thread and the comments on this thread were pulled?

I read most of the pulled comments on this thread and did not see any reason why they should have been pulled.

No answers, but I never sent anything to the mods. I, too, saw many/most of the pulled posts, and saw little to justify their being pulled.

Why is American Border Patrol not allowed to be discussed on FreeRepublic? Has FreeRepublic turned into BannanaRepublic?

thanks for the ping. American citizens are taking into their own hands the security of the nation. Naturally, the mulitcultists and PTB cannot let this happen unchallenged. Our job as citizens is to make money to pay taxes to finance the invaders in our country. No dissention allowed.

There's a whole lot of PO'd Americans who are getting their voices heard now. As was mentioned earlier on this thread, O'Reilly ripped this issue yesterday. Did an excellent job. Also, for those who live within earshot of the Texas State (radio) Network, Charlie Jones has the Jones Overnight show at 12am CST, in Dallas it's WBAP 1080. Last night he was going ballistic about illegals. He's normally the most measured host I've heard. Never heard him so animated.

The most important thing about shows like this is the callers, IMO. They're frustrated, and they know we're being hung out to dry by gutless votemongers. There's a powderkeg of heretofore unvoiced anger at this invasion. US action against this invasion will unequivocably determine the fate of nation.

I think I recall a similar controversy about a year ago. I believe JimRob's comment at that time was that Free Republic is not an immigration issues forum.

I wish they would post a list of verboten topics so that we know when we might be straying.

I'm so disillusioned right now. Free Republic doesn't give squat about the invasion from the South - an invasion that can't be countered simply by voting Republican because, soon, we'll be outnumbered by invaders. Sure, we can post all the latest Chelsea Clinton gossip from the various trashloids (nipple shots and barf pics) - but we can't post anything from those who are actually, legally doing something about one of the most significant problems facing our republic right now.

I'm also disillusioned for another unrelated reason. The 2nd Vice President of the National Rifle Association came to town last Friday night to speak at the SouthEast Arizona Republican club meeting. I was annoyed with the NRA earlier this year when the endorsed openly gay dirtbag reconquista RINO Jim Kolbe over the more conservative true Republican Jim Behnke in the primary election for Congress. At the time I was told, but really didn't want to believe, that the NRA chooses who they endorse for political reasons - not because the candidate has done well on gun votes or is a stronger 2nd amendment advocate - but purely for political reasons.

During the Q&A section of the meeting I brought that up to the NRA VP. And she confirmed that the endorsement is almost purely a political decision and that the greatest weight is given for a candidate who "carried the NRA water" behind the scenes. So, in effect, she said that the NRA endorsement and grades are only for the naive voters. That they do not mean that the candidate is strong on gun rights and 2nd amendment issues but that they have done "favors" for the NRA and the NRA owed them something in return.

Meanwhile, in a few years, we'll be logging in to www.RepúblicaLibre.com because someone didn't want to let people report on or talk about the invasion occuring along our southern border.

Let's see, the Government, whose Constitutional duty is to protect our borders, doesn't. It spends too much time and money doing things the Government shuld not be doing. Then when citizens do something about it, they get upset. Unbelievable.

I KNOW THE ANSWER, AND IT'S NOT UNBELIEVABLE.

It only seems unbelievable to joe citizen on the street. The reason the government is pissed off is because the two party cartel in DC, have no intention of stopping this massive titanic invasion of millions. And they don't want good citizens sticking their noses into the mix. The two party cartel loves the slave like labor, and the possible votes. It's just no longer in their agenda to uphold our sovereignty. They are incrementally removing our borders, our sovereignty, and our constitution......
