There's little reason to worry, you know, as the ass covering is continuing unabated even at the present time. Leadership used to mean that you were the one in charge and had the responsibility to get it right or suffer the consequences. Now it appears to mean that, even when your fellow countrymen are killed in broad daylight, you don't need to accept responsibility for it.
The FBI gets something to the tune of 30 billion dollars a year, and they have the gall to claim that they aren't responsible for this?
