Clinton Has Diners Evicted

Ex-president, now man-of-the-people Bill Clinton had a table full of diners at a local Little Rock eatery evicted in mid-meal last weekend because he wanted their seats for himself and his entourage.

Checking into the town's trendy new restaurant "The Living Room" for Sunday brunch, he of the humble roots asked for a table near the window. But, according to U.S. News & World Report's "Washington Whispers," the only window table that could accommodate Clinton's party of twelve was full.

No problem. "The Living Room's" hostess gladly obliged his highness by simply "asking" the more plebeian customers to move to a less desirable table.

Once seated, reports "Whispers," "Clinton had to step away to use his cellular phone, and customers report that he waved at passing cars while talking."

Little Rock locals best be prepared to make more such sacrifices for their home-state royal.

"Friends say the visit proves to Arkansas skeptics that Clinton plans to spend lots of time in Little Rock as he works to build his presidential library and museum," the magazine noted.

Geez, I would've walked out the minute I knew he was coming.

I was a waitress for several years, and I am not sure I would have asked a table full of people to move to a less desirable one for anyone! I can't believe this one did that! Of course, that occasion never presented itself to me, but still, how rude! Bubba, of course, felt entitled.

I'd love to see some pics of that party of 12 -- wanna bet there's at least one nubile young lady who lives in the area?? (hence the Slickster's sudden interest in "helping" out with the building of the lie-brary )

Wonder who picked up the check? I'm sure that's traceable. It would be interesting.

I hope none of them paid their bill and just walked out.

The unions that paid big money into his library fund only to be screwed over by Slick and his Arakansas builder chums now see the light. The union lobbyist in DC said "we were screwed over big time" Bill and Hillary always screw over people once they have served a purpose. The list is long. Some even went to jail for them. They are the real stupid ones.

My 6 year old son asked me out of the blue, "Daddy, is Bill Clinton a bad man?"

I didn't have to think about it a minute. "Yes, Son, a very bad man."

This pic always gets me, crying 'on command' when he spots the cameras at a funeral...

I cannot imagine any of the Bushes doing something like that. They have more class.

You're right, I can't imagine a Bush doing something like that; but can you imagine if they did. It would be the cultural news of the month; complete with SNL and MadTV skits, endless jokes from talk show hosts, outraged journalists and columnists pontificating, ect, ect.

What a crock of crap!

This trendy new restaurant is hardly known, and I can asssure you all, Little Rock being a small town, that word about how RUDE their customers were treated will get around, and it will be their loss.

But the article states that it proves that Clinton will be in Little Rock more than he has in the past?

Ha! He was only here last weekend to receive his Black Hall of Fame honor, AND to go to Kaki Hockersmith's fund raiser at her swanky new home.

You can't fool all of the people all of the time. But Clinton proved you can fool most of the people for 8 solid years.

In 2001 and 2002, the clinton's demanded that all traffic from Interstate Route 690 in Syracuse be COMPLETELY STOPPED from exiting the highway at the NY State Fair, in order that his entourage may drive completely unimpeded directly onto the Fairgrounds. (Peons who were taking their families to the fair were treated to waits of 45-90 minutes atetempting to park. (Lucky for me I know a shortcut)

Thousands of people, possibly tens thereof were robbed of 1-2 hours of Fair time so that the King and Queen and their 20 limo black SUV's could ride straight in and out.

Of course the Clintons are only pretending at being "beautiful people." They are just plain trash.

That is true of the vast majority of beautiful people, in my experience.

The truly gifted populate every social caste...

Sam, You have to admit there's one good thing that sick willy and cohort did. The whole world, not just the South, now has a working definition of the term"white trash."

I almost regret defaming white trash that way.
